Accident time.

Well if one drives down the road...accident would take place. I had an accident today morning while coming to office.

I was not much hurt -- just some blood on typical palm and knee area (how many times does these get hurt), but the riksha wallah...with no injury was acting if a truck had hit it.

Scary thing about accidents is the people who collect around you -- these people were gentler -- not more than 3 people gave me a sermon, and nobody was overly aggressive- after I had paid money to the riksha walla ;)

So, I would think twice before entering into an accident-- cause if you dont get hurt physically -- monetarily you would be :(.

I have reached Portland comfortably. It's such a nice city. Yesterday I went to Crater Lake...240 miles drive from Beaverton where I stay... I've seen so much of snow for the first time in my life.... Here things are very different... they have excess of rules, honesty and courtesy.. abey yaar yahan tadne layak kudiya aapko Hi bolti hain be... ;-) aur upan thehre desi..(Hey Paandu don't mind... I'm using it as my personal blog also... coz I'm such a lazy guy... and I know you gonna maintain your blog well... u'll keep it updated technically....)

Accidents can happen any time. Even we ( Nitin and me) met an accident the day Rupesh were giving us treat.

Ohh how can I forgot that day yaar.I met someone special(RA) during dinner.Well, special bcoz that someone was everything for my two beloved friends during college days.n I dont know how much she means to them now.But I didn't find her that impressive may be coz she is married now and I don't have any chance ;)
Now Rupesh is in US and seemed very impressed with Gori Kudian.. dekho kya gul khilaten hai shahi ji.

oh..yes accident can happen any time -- even when instead of Kudiyan...it is pachas saal ki budhiya ;)

And that day when Rshahi gave us an occasion to meet in person CSC's bafoon (RA) can really not be forgotten.

Bafoon or not, she really looked like a ballon ;).

Hey, I hope I am not hurting any of your sentiments :)).

P.S. bafoon meant Bankers at fun committee in CSC.

I'm sorry for my this posting as a *comment*, actually it was meant to be a posting on Pandu's blog, but someone used the invitation that pandu had sent before me.
Further I have not read the comment of the *Accident posting*, in which i too was an object of reference. Anyways it was an interesting read.

Now here goes my posting -

A novice asked the master: "In the east there is a great tree-structure that men call `Corporate-Headquarters`. It is bloated out of shape with vice-presidents and accountants. It issues a multitude of memos, each saying 'Go, Hence!' or 'Go, Hither!' and nobody knows what is meant. Every year new names are put onto the branches, but all to no avail. How can such an unnatural entity exist? "

The master replies:"You perceive this immense structure and are disturbed that it has no rational purpose. Can you not take amusement from its endless gyrations? Do you not enjoy the untroubled ease of programming beneath its sheltering branches? Why are you bothered by its uselessness?"

Far back in the mists of ancient time, in the great and glorious days of the former Galactic Empire, life was wild, rich and largely tax free.

Mighty starships plied their way between exotic suns, seeking adventure and reward among the furthest reaches of Galactic space. In those days, spirits
were brave, the stakes were high, men were real men, women were real women and small furry creatures from Alpha Centauri were real small furry creatures from Alpha Centauri. And all dared to brave unknown terrors, to do mighty
deeds, to boldly split infinitives that no man had split before -- and thus was the Empire forged.

Disclaimer ;) -
Wait! wait! and wait!!. I am not an astronomer, nor am I an advocate for programmers. I got this from the "fortune" command that I have started using on Linux (pandu- CSC, India does have a linux m/c ** an evil smirk **, which is present in the I@W lab.) Whenever I am tired, which more often than not I'm, of reading the endless manuals of HOGAN (a banking product), I telnet Linux to read and enjoy these quotes, that are not only sarcastically hilarious but have a deep insight into protean human imaginations.

P.S - My blog is absolutely outdated.(reading not suggested)
Further I know that my signature is absurd and ludicrous, isn't it Rupesh!
